ConnectPath is built to be usable by everyone, including people who browse with a screen reader, navigate by keyboard, rely on captions, or need to enlarge text. Hiring is how people build their careers, and a site that shuts anyone out of that conversation is a site that is not doing its job.
We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA, the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines published by the World Wide Web Consortium. This is the benchmark most commonly applied to commercial websites in both Canada and the United States, and it is the level we hold new work to before it ships.
We would rather tell you where we fall short than claim we are perfect.
If anything on this site is not accessible to you, we will provide the same information another way at no cost, whether that is a phone call, a plain-text email, a large-print document, or simply walking you through the process directly.
If you hit something that does not work, we want to hear about it. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology you were using.
Email alland@connectpath.ca. We reply within one business day and will tell you what we can fix and when.
If you are applying for a role through us and need an accommodation at any stage, including the application form, an interview, or an assessment, tell us and we will arrange it with the hiring company. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis to ask.
We review this page whenever the site changes materially, and at least once a year. The date at the top reflects the last review.
